Rentals, family homes and a lot of pets

Prospect Heights is a planned early-1900s development of company housing, and like much of central Milford it is full of older two-family homes where carpet covers original floors on the second level. Downtown and along the main roads, apartment buildings and complexes see frequent move-ins and move-outs, so many of our Milford calls are tenants who want their deposit back or landlords prepping a unit. A standard bedroom up to 200 sq ft starts from $55, which makes a two-bedroom move-out easy to price.

Milford households also tend to have pets, and pets mean accidents, fur woven into sofa cushions and that smell that comes back on humid days. We offer a pet urine and odor treatment from an extra $30 and an extra charge of $20 to $40 for heavy pet hair. We are honest about limits: urine that reached the pad may not come out 100%, and we will tell you before starting.
