Booking requests

A booking made on this website is a request for a day and arrival window. It is confirmed only when we confirm it with you by text, phone or email. If the time you asked for isn't available, we will suggest another one.

Prices and estimates

Our prices are published on the Pricing page. The total shown when you book is an estimate. Prices can change with size, material, condition, soil level and any extra treatment needed. We confirm the final price with you before we start any work.

Every visit has a $120 minimum.

Stains and odors

We work to remove stains and odors, but complete removal can't be guaranteed. Some stains, dyes, burns, urine and water damage can be permanent.

Re-clean guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the cleaning, let us know and we will come back and re-clean the affected area free of charge. The re-clean guarantee doesn't promise removal of permanent stains or odors.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, call or text (508) 928-4059 as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.

Payment

We accept Zelle and cash.

Access and preparation

Please make sure we can access the areas to be cleaned, and remove fragile or valuable items from them. For mattresses, please remove sheets and protectors before we arrive.
