How deep cleaning works
What hot water extraction pulls out of the fibers
Dry soil, body oils and spills settle deep in carpet and fabric, where a vacuum can't reach. That buildup is what makes a rug look gray and flat.
We pre-treat the spots, agitate the fibers, then rinse and extract with a low-moisture method, so the dirt leaves with the water instead of being pushed deeper.

We check the fabric and the care label, look at stains and worn spots, and confirm the price with you.

Vacuum and pre-treat
Crumbs and loose hair come out first, then we pre-treat the arms, headrests and seat cushions.

We clean the piece with our portable extractor and low-moisture method, cushion by cushion.

Walk-through
We look at the result together. If you're not satisfied, we come back and re-clean it free.
Microfiber, pet hair and stains
Microfiber couches are common and can show water marks when they're cleaned the wrong way. We check the fabric first and use our low-moisture method to keep moisture under control.
If your couch is covered in pet hair, add excess pet hair removal ($20 to $40). Heavy stain treatment is $20 to $40, and pet urine and odor treatment starts at $30. Some stains are permanent, and we'll tell you before we start.

How do you price a sectional?
Sectionals start at $180. The final price depends on the size and number of pieces, and we confirm it with you before we start. A chaise adds $35.
Do you clean dining chairs?
Yes, upholstered chairs are $30 to $35 each. Remember the $120 visit minimum, so they work well combined with a sofa or carpet.
Can you clean a microfiber couch?
Yes. We check the fabric first and use a low-moisture method to keep water marks from forming.
Will my couch be wet afterwards?
It will be slightly damp. Drying time depends on the fabric, the room and the weather, and we give you a realistic idea on the day.
