Carpet holds onto what a New England year brings in: winter salt and slush at the entry, mud season in spring, pollen and humid summer air. Regular vacuuming pulls up the loose dirt, but the soil that settles at the base of the fibers needs a deeper clean.
We clean with a portable extraction machine that we carry into your home, combined with a low-moisture method. That means no hoses running from a truck through your front door, and less water going into the carpet.

How deep cleaning works
What hot water extraction pulls out of the fibers
Dry soil, body oils and spills settle deep in carpet and fabric, where a vacuum can't reach. That buildup is what makes a rug look gray and flat.
We pre-treat the spots, agitate the fibers, then rinse and extract with a low-moisture method, so the dirt leaves with the water instead of being pushed deeper.

Quick walk-through
We look at the rooms you booked, point out any spots that need extra attention and confirm the price with you before we start.

Pre-treatment
High-traffic lanes and visible spots get treated first. If you added heavy stain or pet treatment, this is when it happens.

Extraction and low-moisture cleaning
We work the carpet with our portable extractor and low-moisture method, room by room, including stairs if you booked them.

Final check with you
We walk the rooms with you at the end. If something isn't right, tell us. If you're not satisfied, we come back and re-clean it free.
Stairs, pets and tough spots
Carpeted stairs take the most foot traffic in the house, so they usually look the worst. We charge $5 per step.
For pets, there are two add-ons: pet urine and odor treatment from $30, and excess pet hair removal for $20 to $40. Heavy stain treatment is $20 to $40. Some stains and odors are permanent, so we'll tell you honestly what we expect before we start.

What counts as a standard room?
A room up to 200 sq ft, like most bedrooms and many living rooms. Standard rooms start at $55 each. Bigger spaces are priced by the square foot, at $0.35 to $0.40 per sq ft.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Every visit has a $120 minimum. For example, a single room comes to $120, while two rooms and a staircase of 13 steps come to $175.
Do you use a truck-mounted machine?
No. We use a portable extraction machine that we bring inside, together with a low-moisture cleaning method.
How long until I can walk on the carpet?
It depends on the carpet, the airflow and the weather. We give you a realistic idea on the day, after we see the room.
Can you get pet urine out of carpet?
We offer a pet urine and odor treatment from $30. It often helps a lot, but some urine stains and odors soak into the backing and can be permanent, so we can't guarantee complete removal.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell us and we come back to re-clean it free. Complete removal of every stain and odor can't be guaranteed.
