You spend about a third of your life on a mattress, and it absorbs sweat, skin oils and the occasional spill or accident. Most people never clean theirs, they just flip it or cover it.
We clean mattresses with a portable extractor and a low-moisture method, so the mattress isn't soaked and can dry. We don't make medical promises: a cleaning removes a lot of buildup from the surface and helps with stains and smell, and we're honest about what it can and can't do.

How deep cleaning works
What hot water extraction pulls out of the fibers
Dry soil, body oils and spills settle deep in carpet and fabric, where a vacuum can't reach. That buildup is what makes a rug look gray and flat.
We pre-treat the spots, agitate the fibers, then rinse and extract with a low-moisture method, so the dirt leaves with the water instead of being pushed deeper.

Strip and check
Take off the sheets and protector before we arrive. We check the mattress, stains and size, and confirm the price.

Vacuum
We vacuum the top and sides to pull out loose dust and debris.

Treat and clean
Spots get pre-treated, then we clean the surface with our low-moisture method.

Air out
We tell you what to expect for drying, based on the mattress and the room, before you make the bed again.
Clean it or replace it?
A cleaning makes sense when the mattress is still comfortable and supportive but has stains, smell or buildup. If it sags, has broken springs or hurts your back, cleaning won't fix that, and we'll tell you so.
For kid or pet accidents, add the pet urine and odor treatment (from $30). Urine that soaked deep into the mattress can leave a permanent stain or smell, so complete removal can't be guaranteed.
